RE: “Direct Payment via my Internet Online Banking (Netpay)” or:
Payment by “Direct Deposit” to SOURCEDANCE’s Australia Bank account. (if registering from Australia).
a. Upon entering the secure registration system you will need to complete the “Tour Participant Contact Information” and the Participant’s Registration Information” sections & then read the Terms & Agreements section. After having done so, you will need to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms. Doing so will take you to the Billing Information section. In this section of the registration process you will have the options of making your payment by either Credit Card or “Internet Banking-$AUS”. You will need to select the Internet Banking-$AUS” option.
b. For clarification purposes, please be advised that the actual process of sending your payment (after completing your Registration Payment process) is totally independent of the SOURCEDANCE Hollywood Tour Registration system. This is a process that you will initiate by yourself and is directly between you and your own personal “Internet Online Banking” facility with your personal financial institution.
This payment option will require that you have completed the following:
1. Complete & submit the registration details of all of the dancers, chaperones & family members you wish to register and pay for via this payment opiton.
2. After you have submitted your billing/payment information you will receive a confirmation indicating your registration was successfully received. In addition, you will receive an email from the registration system, indicating that your order was successfully received (which will also reference your order number)
3. After our registration staff have received your order, since the Hollywod Tour prices are in ($US), SOURCEDANCE will convert the ($US) based fee into Australian Dollars and email you a notice regarding the Australian Dollar amount to be transferred to SOURCEDANCE’s Australia bank account along with the necessary banking details. This converted amount will be based on the international money transfer (IMT) exchange rate in effect at the time your order was received.
Due to the fact that exchange rates are constantly changing, the submission of the transfer of funds to SOURCEDANCE’s Australia bank account must be completed with 24 hours of above notice having been emailed. SOURCEDANCE/Hollywood Tour reserves the right to adjust the converted amount if deemed necessary (due to changes in exchange rates) should the registrant fail to make the fund transfer & payment notification within the specified 24 hour time frame, as specified herein.
When making your payment you will need the following details, which will be in the email notice referenced above.:

ORDER Number: You will need to include your “Order Number” in the “Reference” field when submitting your On-line payment. When submitting your online registration/order/payment instructions, either print the Order Confirmation page for your reference or write down your order confirmation number for reference when making your direct payment to SOURCEDANCE electronically, however the email notice will also refer to your Order No.. You will also be able to obtain the order number from the Order Confirmation email that you will receive.
After submitting your payment please email SOURCEDANCE at “info01@sourcedance.com” indicating your name, order number, date & time of payment submission and amount transferred in AU$. This is necessary in the event there are any questions while reconciling payments received.
4. After receiving and reconciling your payment, SOURCEDANCE will then forward you a confirmation, by email, of the payment having been received.
